Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions (the Terms) for using the Cardia mobile application (the App). By accessing and using the App, you (the User) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

• The App is intended for use by adults over the age of 18 for the purpose of managing their health care, including making appointments and accessing information about health care services. The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 18.
• The App is provided on an as is and as available basis, and the User is solely responsible for any and all use of the App. The App may not be available at all times, and the User should not rely on the App for emergency health care needs.
• The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Cardia. Cardia has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. The User agrees to release Cardia from any and all liability arising from the User use of any third-party websites or services.
• The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password, and the User is solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under their account. The User agrees to immediately notify Cardia of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
• Cardia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms, and the User continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes their acceptance of those changes.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Cardia regarding the use of the App, and they supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the App will be governed by the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
• The User agrees that any and all disputes arising from the use of the App will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in India.
